Buyer Rebate Disclaimer
Only individuals that sell a home with Atlas Real Estate and then buy another home within one year after that sale are eligible for a rebate. Only individuals that sell & buy with Atlas Real Estate could receive a buyer’s rebate of up to 1% of the new home’s purchase price. Any rebates given will be in the form of a credit only and credited to the individual at closing. Rebate amount can only be used towards closing costs to reduce the amount of out-of-pocket expenses at closing.
Buyer rebate only applies to properties NOT listed for sale by Atlas Real Estate. If a buyer represented by Atlas Real Estate chooses a home that is also listed by Atlas Real Estate, NO rebate will be given to the buyer as this is how Atlas Real Estate reduces the total commissions paid by a seller when selling their home.
The Buyer Rebate is based on the buyer’s agent’s commission paid to Atlas Real Estate at closing. If the buyer’s agent’s commissions paid to Atlas Real Estate, are less than $2,988.00 or 1% of the home’s purchase price, whichever is greater, then NO rebate will be given to the buyer.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, phone number and billing information along with credit card information.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Atlas Real Estate.
Atlas Real Estate has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Atlas Real Estate shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
